School Registration

The Tanzanian Ministry of Education requires a three-stage registration process for legally-registered schools. Many schools do not comply with the required registration process due to lack of funds and the inability to meet detailed infrastructure requirements associated with the registration process. The Maasai Joy Childrens' Centre is in the second phase of the registration process having completed necessary inspections required by the District Health Officer and District Engineer for Buildings. These individuals have prepared a report of their findings to the School Registrar in the Ministry of Education. The Maasai Joy Childrens' Centre awaits additional directions or directives from the Ministry of Education to proceed to the third and final registration phase.
